A’Lyoness Blooms

I see your wholeness.

Like the seasons we are ever-changing. Sowing, expanding, reaping, releasing, resting and recovering. Never to be in perpetual Bloom. Each season revealing a magnificence of its own. I want to show you the wholeness and beauty I see in you by guiding you through the healing of your unique seasons.

Having moved from a Northern town where the seasons were not distinct, I was opened to experience and feel the wonder, beauty and purpose of each on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Moving through my own healing journey; physical, emotional and spiritual I began to see how each chapter held hands with the messages of the seasons.

I believe your body holds all the wisdom necessary to heal itself.

My role is to listen to your body and guide you to your inner wisdom. I use a combination of modalities to support you in resolving physical, emotional, spiritual restrictions, and energy blockages that prevent you from feeling your best.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST), Somato Emotional Release (SER) and Reiki are the foundation of my work, however my sessions may also include Dialoguing with the Body, Chakra Balancing, Guided Imagery and Meditation.

It is my desire to hold sacred space for you to soften into the beauty of your seasons, your wisdom, your healing, with the support of these amazing energy healing techniques.

I am honoured to walk alongside you on your journey toward optimal health.

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to bloom.”
