owner and creator of A’Lyoness Blooms. From a young age, I began to serve in the form of listening and holding space. I was always surprised and curious as to why others felt safe to deeply confide in me. Having trauma in my own life, I believed myself to be broken, damaged, not good enough, unworthy and small, and yet others saw me as safe and loving.

Having been employed in a wide array of jobs (from Coal Miner to DayCare Owner) I eventually returned to my roots of Aquatics and Fitness. Although serving to support the physical healing and transformation of my clients, I was serving more from the mental, emotional and spiritual arenas to achieve the physical, as true transformation and healing is multifaceted. During this time meditation had become a regular piece of my daily routine, I dabbled in Self Reiki and I was introduced to CranioSacral Therapy (CST). I was fascinated and intrigued by CST’s gentle approach and immense healing reach (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual), and my journey into Energy Healing began.
