RELEASE AGREEMENT

By agreeing to a session, you consent to waive and release A’Lyoness Blooms (Heather Weaver) from any and all liability, past, present and future, relating to Craniosacral Therapy and /or Somatic Healing, Reiki, and Restorative Yoga.

 PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is due prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cash is my preferred method of payment, e-transfer also accepted prior to appt.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

Your session time is exclusively yours. You will be charged the full amount for your session should you change or cancel within less than 24hrs before your scheduled session.

 PACKAGE & GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

Session Packages & Gift Certificates are required to be used up within six(6)months of purchase. After six (6) months, any remaining sessions will be considered expired. All packages are non-transferable.
